Consent to Transfer and Submission

Refund Policy

Pet Shop Girls strives for customer satisfaction at every level. In the event that a refund is requested from Pet Shop Girls, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card for equal or greater value of the original purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund, please notify us in writing of your complaint or refund request and please include a mailing address and telephone number for us to contact you. Your Gift card will be mailed within 7 days of our receipt of your request.
